As per information, Punjab Department of Cultural Affairs, Archeology and Museum have taken charge of the historical the Mughal Manauli fort on Thursday.

Mughal Manauli fort which was won by Nawab Kapoor Singh in 1763 and his descendants were fighting for decades to declare it as a protected monument in practical was it was already on list of protected monumentPunjab since 2001.
