Haryana News (Haryana Live): The Haryana police registered a fresh FIR against former DGP SPS Rathore in Ruchika Girhotra suicide case on Tuesday.

According to Ruchika's advocate, Pankaj Bhardwaj, this is the third FIR in the Ruchika suicide case, which was registered following the complaint filed by Ruchika's brother for abetment of suicide against SPS Rathore with the Haryana Police four days back.
