Chandigarh (Mera Chandigarh): The Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) has decided to allow discretionary quota Allottees to sell their plots after five years of allotment.

Chandigarh (Mera Chandigarh): The Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) has decided to allow discretionary quota Allottees to sell their plots after five years of allotment.

Information and confirmation to this effect was made by Chandigarh Finance Secretary Sanjay Kumar that Matter in under consideration and would be taken up in CHB next meeting.

It is to mention that CHB has allotted approximately 3,000 houses out of the discretionary quota till date.
